This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how services and digital products purchased on Edulenza (“Edulenza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are delivered to users. By purchasing or enrolling in any course or service on the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy governs the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services and digital products purchased on Edulenza (“Edulenza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or enrolling in any course, subscription, or service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping / Delivery Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Edulenza is a digital-first online learning platform. We do not ship or deliver any physical goods. All offerings on the platform are delivered electronically and include:

  • Live instructor-led online courses

  • Pre-recorded (on-demand) digital courses

  • Subscription-based access to learning content

  • Digital learning tools, resources, or access credentials

2. Delivery Method

All services and content are delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Access through the Edulenza website or mobile application

  • Automated account activation after successful payment

  • Email communication containing access details, links, or instructions

  • Live session links shared via email or dashboard

No physical shipment, courier service, or postal delivery is involved.

3. Delivery Timeline

3.1 Pre-Recorded Courses

  • Access is provided immediately after successful payment or

  • Within a maximum of 24 hours from payment confirmation in case of technical delays

3.2 Live Courses / Live Classes

  • Course access details and schedules are shared via email or dashboard

  • Delivery of access information occurs within 24 hours of successful payment

  • Live session links are shared prior to the scheduled session time

3.3 Subscription Plans

  • Subscription access is activated immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation

  • Access remains active for the duration of the subscription period

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is deemed complete when:

  • Course access is enabled in the user’s Edulenza account, or

  • Access credentials or links are sent to the registered email address, or

  • The user is able to access the purchased content or service via the platform

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • The registered email address is valid and accessible

  • Spam or junk folders are checked

  • Login credentials are kept secure

Edulenza shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect user-provided information

5. Delays in Delivery

While Edulenza strives to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Technical issues or system maintenance

  • Payment verification delays

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

In such cases, users will be notified via email or platform notification. Delays in digital delivery do not automatically entitle users to a refund, unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

6. No Physical Shipping

Edulenza does not offer:

  • Physical textbooks

  • Printed certificates

  • Hardware or devices

  • Courier or postal delivery services

Any reference to “shipping” on the platform refers solely to digital delivery of services.

7. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

If you believe that:

  • You have not received access to purchased content

  • You are unable to access services despite successful payment

You must contact Edulenza Support within 48 hours of purchase with:

  • Registered email ID

  • Order ID / transaction reference

  • Description of the issue

Edulenza will investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Certain services (such as live classes, interactive tools, or integrations) may be delivered using third-party platforms. Edulenza is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, though reasonable assistance will be provided where possible.

8. Changes to This Policy

Edulenza reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
