By purchasing or enrolling in any course, subscription, or service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping / Delivery Policy.

1. General Principles

This Refund Policy governs the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services and digital products purchased on Edulenza (“Edulenza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or enrolling in any course, subscription, or service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping / Delivery Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility by Product Type

2.1 Live Instructor-Led Courses

Refunds for live courses are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date

  • Refund requests must be made before the live course or session has commenced

  • Once a live course has started, or if the learner has attended any live session (in full or in part), no refund will be issued

Non-Refundable Scenarios (Live Courses):

  • Missed live sessions

  • Partial attendance

  • Failure to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts

  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or software

If a live course is cancelled by Edulenza, users will be entitled to a full refund, processed in accordance with Section 5 of this policy.

2.2 Pre-Recorded (On-Demand) Courses

Due to immediate access to digital content, refunds for pre-recorded courses are limited.

A refund may be requested if:

  • The request is submitted within 3 (three) days of purchase

  • Less than 20% of the total course content has been accessed or consumed

  • No downloadable materials have been accessed or saved

  • Platform usage data does not indicate substantial consumption of content

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 20% of the course content has been viewed

  • Course materials have been downloaded

  • Login or activity logs indicate meaningful usage

  • The request is based on a change of mind or lack of time

2.3 Subscription Plans

Subscription-based plans provide time-bound access to a collection of courses or features.

  • Subscription fees are refundable when users cancel their subcription within 24 hours without enrolling any course, except where required under applicable law

  • No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused subscription periods

  • Cancellation of a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle

3. Refund Credits

In certain circumstances, Edulenza may issue refund credits instead of monetary refunds. Refund credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • May have an expiry period

  • Can only be used for future purchases on the Edulenza platform

The issuance of refund credits is at Edulenza’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy

Edulenza reserves the right to deny refund requests or restrict accounts if we detect:

  • Repeated or excessive refund requests

  • Fraudulent behavior or misuse of content

  • Attempts to gain free access to paid content

Such actions may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

Edulenza is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, users must contact Edulenza Support with:

  • Registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for the refund request

Requests submitted through social media, calls, or informal channels will not be considered valid.

7. Exceptions & Legal Compliance

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Where a refund is required by law, Edulenza will comply accordingly.

Edulenza reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
